Smart Care has acquired Dutton Food Equipment Repair, a Richmond, Va.-based service agent.
Dutton Food Equipment Repair team.Founded in 1984, Dutton is a family-owned and operated commercial kitchen equipment repair company that offers emergency repair and planned maintenance services for cooking, refrigeration and beverage equipment, as well as HVAC mechanical services. Dutton’s customer base includes foodservice operators in the restaurant, convenience store, healthcare and other institutional segments.
Dutton represents Smart Care’s 19th acquisition since 2017. Earlier this year, Smart Care was acquired by Wind Point Partners, an active investor in logistics and route-based services.
