Gwen Bialas was promoted to president of foodservice equipment lines Carter-Hoffmann, Doyon and Nu-Vu, all of which are a part of the Middleby Corp.

Carter-Hoffman is based in Mundelein, Ill., while Doyon and Nu-Vu are headquartered in Menominee, Mich.

Bialas joined Middleby in January 2021 as a general manager. Her foodservice industry experience also includes working with Marmon Group.

In her new role, Bialas will continue to direct the day-to-day operations of Carter-Hoffman, Doyon and Nu-Vu which includes leading engineering and product development, sales and marketing and operations. As brand president, Gwen will expand her support within the Middleby Commercial Foodservice Group.
