Jaime Nau was promoted to president of global and strategic accounts for Middleby Corp., an Elgin, Ill.-based multiline foodservice equipment manufacturer.

In her new role, Nau will oversee the Middleby national account teams that work with global restaurant chains, convenience stores, retail outlets, government programs and other strategic accounts.

Prior to her promotion Nau was president of Windsor, Calif.-based Nieco, which manufactures commercial broilers. She joined Nieco in 2006, and held various sales, operations, and customer service roles before she assumed senior leadership positions.
