Jaime Nau was promoted to president of Nieco Corporation, a Windsor, Calif.-based manufacturer of broilers for commercial kitchen cooking.

She previously served as general manager for Nieco, which is owned by Middleby.

Nau will continue to oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of sales, manufacturing, engineering and research and development for Nieco. She also will be more involved with all the Middleby brands and the corporate strategy for commercial foodservice.

Nau has been with Nieco for more than a dozen years in various roles including several management positions within the company in sales, operations, and customer service. Prior to joining Nieco she worked with ConeTech, in the wine industry.
