Kyle Wilson was promoted to chef de cuisine for Middleby Culinary, which is part of Middleby Corp. Wilson works from the Middleby Innovation Kitchen, which the multiline foodservice equipment manufacturer opened earlier this year in Dallas.
Before his promotion, Wilson was executive sous chef for Middleby Culinary at the Middleby Innovation Kitchen. Prior to joining Middleby he was executive chef at the 800-room hotel of Deloitte University.
