Refrigerated Solutions Group, which owns the Master-Bilt and Nor-Lake foodservice equipment lines, will begin a leadership succession plan on July 31.
Kevin Fink will move on from the CEO role at that time, as part of a planned transition following the sale of RSG to Ten Oaks Group from Standex. John Ioannou, operating partner, Ten Oaks Group, will assume the RSG chairman role effective immediately and Aaron Brown will become president of RSG effective August 17.
As part of this transition, Dan Hinkle will assume the expanded role of chief commercial officer effective August 1. In this role Hinkle becomes responsible for all RSG’s commercial strategy, sales, marketing, service and customer experience. In June, Hinkle assumed the role of RSG’s vice president of sales.
Brown joins RSG from IPA, a Roper Technologies operating company that manufactures linen and specialty uniform distribution solutions. Prior to IPA, Brown held various leadership positions at MedAssets.
In May of this year, the company made the decision to consolidate the manufacturing of both Master-Bilt and Nor-Lake products into its Hudson, Wis., location.
