Refrigerated Solutions Group named Dan Hinkle vice president of sales. Anthony Lorubbio, the company’s chief transformation officer, will assume responsibility for sales operations/customer experience. RSG manufacturers the Nor-Lake and Master-Bilt lines of commercial refrigeration.
Hinkle’s 15 years in the foodservice industry includes working in sales roles for a variety of foodservice equipment manufacturers including Welbilt and ITW Food Equipment Group. He previously held the role of vice president of sales operations for Standex’s Refrigerated Solutions Group. Earlier this year, though, Ten Oaks acquired the Master-Bilt and Nor-Lake lines from Standex. “Dan’s combination of experience, knowledge of our brands, dedication to excellence, and demonstrated success already with RSG, gives me great confidence to have Dan assume this role on our team,” says Kevin Fink, president of RSG.
Lorubbio is a founding partner for Ten Oaks. In his new role, Lorubbio will lead RSG’s “one company, two brands” strategy and look and “revitalize” RSG’s scientific rooms business, per a company release.
These personnel moves come roughly one month after RSG announced plans to consolidate manufacturing of its Master-Bilt and Nor-Lake lines in the company’s Hudson, Wis., plant.
