For the Love of Good Content…

I’m a big believer in awards and award ceremonies when they are done right. One of the hardest parts of the past two years, as we have collectively struggled to cope with the changes imposed upon us by COVID-19, has been finding a way to appropriately honor our own FE&S industry award winners. Normal award ceremonies have been impossible to pull off.

maureen slocum lgThat is why it is so gratifying to see our efforts distinguished by FOLIO: which recognizes editorial and design excellence in both the business trade publishing and consumer publishing industries. We learned this week that our DSR of the Year profile of Bolt Bolton, Avanti Restaurant Solutions, which can be found in the September 2020 issue of FE&S, is a finalist in the B2B category for best profile or Q&A. Thank you Bolt for being such a great story subject to our own talented managing editor, Renee Pas!

We were also very excited to learn that Zoomba Group was recognized as a finalist in several more FOLIO: award categories in 2021, including best website redesign/relaunch for FESmag.com, best overall art direction for custom/content marketing for the 2021 FCSI Project Showcase magazine and another editorial nod, for the third consecutive year, as a finalist for best custom/content marketing for Aliworld.
