Poulin was hooked. “When I was in high school, I knew I was a hands-on learner, and this gave me the opportunity to work with my hands every day,” Poulin recalls. “I also liked the fact that you got to meet and know lots of people at the various places you visit during service calls. Every day really is a new day.”
Remembering Service Agent Thomas Slack
Thomas Slack, training manager for AR Repairs Baker’s Kneads, a Michigan-based service agent, passed away on January 27, 2016. He was 55 years old.
