Vollrath Company announced the retirement of two longtime members of its sales force as well as the hiring of four people.

Specifically, Jill VanMenxel, director of sales for smallwares and countertop equipment and Alain Goyette, regional sales manager for Canada, will retire this spring.

Joining Vollrath as channel sales manager is Karl Hinkfuss. He spent more than 22 years with Kohler, where he held 10 roles across five cities and two countries.

Vollrath also hired Jackie Palzkill to serve as senior sales account manager. She comes from Johnson Controls, where Palzkill led sales development and inside sales teams.

Also, Vollrath hired Rich Desmond to serve as sales account manager. His background includes equipment and operational experience, per a company release.

Finally, Scott Porter joins Vollrath as a sales account manager. A classically trained chef with more than 30 years of experience in the culinary field, Porter has opened or consulted on 37 restaurants across Canada.
