Yoshinoya Names Nishiyama President

Paul Nishiyama was named president of Yoshinoya America. Nishiyama joins the Japan-based restaurant chain from Better Buzz Coffee, where he served as chief operating officer.

The National Association of College & University Food Services honored the contributions of many members with its annual awards.
The National Restaurant Association introduced Karl Dahlgren as its chief product officer and Judy Mulcahy as its chief operating officer.
