The National Restaurant Association introduced Karl Dahlgren as its chief product officer and Judy Mulcahy as its chief operating officer.
As CPO, Dahlgren will lead the strategy, development and management of ServSafe. He will also play a role in the future growth and development of “a full suite of the organization’s product portfolio,” per a release from the National Restaurant Association. Dahlgren’s career spans more than 30 years and he most recently served as executive vice president of the National Safety Council.
As COO, Mulcahy will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment of the association’s people, processes, and systems with long-term strategic goals. Mulcahy’s career spans more than 25 years and she most recently served as chief operating officer for the Alliance for Automotive Innovation.
