Another iteration of the Tour the Trends was held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Tour the Trends is a recurring event presented by Foodservice Equipment & Supplies magazine that takes operators, dealers, consultants and designers on a behind-the-scenes tour of the newest foodservice operations in Chicago. In 2025, we kicked off and ended at the 9th Floor Club Symphony Center -- home to the renowned Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, we visited Garcia's Chicago, Gus' Sip & Dip, Il Carciofo, and Matilda and Clandestino. At each location, we had a designer or owner discussing the operations, function and design of the front- and back-of-house spaces.
