Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises recently opened two new concepts in the space that formally housed Hub 51, a two-level bar/restaurant. The two unique operations share a main kitchen. Gus’ Sip & Dip brings a classic tavern experience to the heart of River North, welcoming walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. Its beverage menu, created by Kevin Beary, offers high-quality cocktails at an approachable price, paired perfectly with Chef Bob Broskey’s timeless tavern dishes. Crying Tiger, which will open in October, pays homage to Southeast Asia from Chef Thai Dang.
