Foodservice Equipment & Supplies recognized the accomplishments of five foodservice professionals by naming them the recipients of its 2023 Top Achiever Awards.
These individual awards recognize professionals from five industry segments for their abilities to not only run market-leading companies but also raise the level of professionalism for the industry overall.
The winners of the FE&S 2023 Top Achiever Awards are:
Top Achiever – Dealer: Jamie Arguello, president, Gradys Foodservice
Top Achiever – Consultant: Juan Martinez, FCSI, Ph.D., co-founder and principal, Profitality Labor Guru
Top Achiever – Operator: Shannon Solomon, director of nutrition services, Aurora Public Schools
Top Achiever – Manufacturers’ Rep: Tom Mitchell, principal, TLC Marketing Inc.
Top Achiever – Service Agent: TJ Coker, director of operations, Coker Service Inc.

Each Top Achiever will be on hand to accept their award during the FE&S 2023 Dealer of the Year & All-Industry Awards Gala, which will take place Saturday, May 20, at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.

The FE&S Dealer of the Year & All-Industry Awards Gala recognizes the foodservice community’s brightest stars by presenting them with some of the industry’s most time-honored awards. In 2023 FE&S will recognize Singer Equipment Company with its Dealer of the Year Award and William Caruso, FFCSI, of William Caruso & Associates, with the magazine’s Hall of Fame Award. During the Dealer of the Year & All-Industry Awards Gala, FE&S will also present its Facility Design Project of the Year and DSR of the Year Awards.
