Rippe Associates promoted Matthew Anderson to principal of its hospitality team. Steve Carlson will transition to a principal emeritus role and will continue to work closely with Anderson.

Anderson joined the Minneapolis-based foodservice consulting firm as an associate principal back in 2023. In mid-2024, Anderson's role expanded to include day-to-day leadership of the hospitality team, as well as sales and marketing responsibilities. His new role as principal will build upon these current responsibilities.
