Rippe Associates Adds Anderson

Rippe Associates added Matthew Anderson as an associate principal for the Minneapolis-based foodservice consulting firm.

During the course of his career, Anderson has traveled the country to open restaurants and train staff for several different restaurateurs. His background includes more than two decades of planning, directing and strategic consulting experience with a variety of restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues. Anderson has worked with such fine-dining establishments as Kincaid’s and La Belle Vie and large-scale, multi-tiered foodservice operations like the Target Center and US Bank Stadium. He initiated the Chef Pop-Up program at Excel Energy Center and the chef residency rotation at Valleyfair Amusement Park.

Anderson also served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Restaurant Association, the Food Safety and Defense Task Force, Minnesota Department of Agriculture, Business Advisory Board, Normandale Community College, the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce, and the St. Paul Rotary Club.
