UNOX appointed Eric Holder to serve as national director of service for the North Carolina-based cooking equipment manufacturer.
Eric HolderHolder assumes responsibility for managing and developing the UNOX service team, optimizing response times and enhancing technical training programs, per a company release.
No stranger to the foodservice industry, Holder brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment to his new role. His background includes working with such companies as the Marcone Commercial Kitchen Group and Marra Forni.
