Marra Forni hired John Blizzard to serve as a regional sales manager for the central region and Eric Holder as director of technical service and support for the Maryland-based manufacturer of ovens for use in commercial kitchens.

Blizzard comes to Marra Forni from ACOSTA, where he was a key account manager since 2015, representing more than 20 manufacturers in the commercial foodservice industry.

Holder’s background includes working with several foodservice equipment manufacturers, including Alto-Shaam. He also served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy.
