Multiconcept operator CKE Restaurants Holdings appointed Joe Guith to serve chief executive officer for the parent company of Carl's Jr. and Hardee’s.
Guith previously served as CEO of Church's Texas Chicken. His resume also includes leadership roles at GoTo Foods (formerly Focus Brands), McAlister's Deli, Cinnabon and The Coca Cola Company.
Sarah Spiegel, a member of CKE’s board of directors, had served as the company’s interim CEO.
