Middleby plans to merge two of its ice-making brands: Follett Products and Kloppenberg. As part of this move, Follet’s will expand its manufacturing capability to Kloppenberg’s factory in Denver. Collectively, the two brands will be known as Follet Denver.

“The creation of Follett Denver greatly expands manufacturing capacity for Follett key, in-demand products and with the additional site we expect to shorten lead times ensuring two-day shipping to much of the U.S.,” said Michael Raycher, Follett president, in a statement.

Renovations to the facility began in mid-2024 to support the addition of ice machines and dispensers and the facility is expected to be fully operational by mid-2025. These renovations are meant to support both brands, per a company release.
