Kaufmann and Associates announce name change while Ojeda USA adds four rep groups.

Kaufmann and Associates will now go to market as Succession Reps. Kaufmann and Associates got its start when Alfred Kaufmann opened Lehigh Equipment in 1927. Longtime foodservice industry veteran Mike Purcell has been appointed to an advisory position on Succession’s newly formed board of directors. Purcell formerly served as vice president of LTI. Succession Reps is headquartered in Copiague, N.Y.

Additionally, South Carolina-based manufacturer of refrigerated merchandising solutions Ojeda USA added four rep groups across the United States. The new rep firms joining Ojeda USA include Clements Stella Gallagher will take Ojeda USA to market in the New York Metropolitan area, also known as MAFSI region 3. Holland and Associates will serve North Carolina and South Carolina (MAFSI region 11), and First Market Group LLC will cover Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and the Florida Panhandle also known as MAFSI regions 12 and 14.
