Hollander adds to its team while Zink makes an acquisition.
Hollander, a Minneapolis-based rep firm, added Cory Plato as a sales associate. After graduating from culinary school, Plato spent years in the hospitality industry, working in various roles from chef to general manager spanning a variety of operator segments from quick-service to fine dining, per a company announcement.
Zink Foodservice inked a deal to acquire Rep Concepts, an Illinois-based rep group. Rep Concepts is led by founder Stephanie O’Donoghue who, along with her associates, will make the transition to Zink Foodservice. They will augment Zink’s “leadership, sales, and client support teams in the Illinois and Wisconsin marketplace,” per a release announcing the deal. Rep Concepts has been around since 2010 and provides tabletop and storage solutions. Zink Corporation is an employee-owned company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, with offices throughout Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia, Kentucky and Western Pennsylvania. Zink companies include Zink Foodservice, Zink Hospitality, Z-Ventilation Solutions, AIM National, Wenger Temperature Control, and ZCS Distribution.
