CFS Brands, a multiline foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturer added to its portfolio by acquiring smallwares provider Araven Hospitality-Foodservice. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in Spain, Araven produces products for food preservation and storage, serving, display ware, transport, and cleaning.

Araven will operate as a stand-alone entity within CFS Brands, per a release announcing the deal.

CFS Brands has been a consistent presence on the acquisition trail in recent years. For example, in October 2023 CFS Brands bought The Foodware Group, which was the parent company to G.E.T. and Winco. And in 2022, CFS acquired Elite Global Solutions.
