Alto-Shaam Taps Dugan for Exec. Chef Role

Alto-Shaam hired Matt Dugan to serve as corporate executive chef for the Wisconsin-based foodservice equipment manufacturer.

Matt DuganMatt DuganIn his new role, Dugan will serve as an “Alto-Shaam application specialist,” responsible for enhancing the customer experience and product development, working in support of the inside and global sales teams to further increase brand recognition. He will also provide support through in-field and trade show product demonstrations and support.

Dugan’s background spans more than 20 years, including working as an executive chef for Hyatt Corp.
