Refrigerated Solutions Group hired Heather Parish to serve as key account director for the parent company of Norlake and Master-Bilt.

Parish comes to RSG from Marmon Foodservice Technologies, where she served as a national key account manager. Prior to joining Marmon, Parish was a regional market manager for H&K International, where she worked closely with McDonald’s owners/operators to manage all aspects of their new kitchen and remodel projects, per a company release.

The hiring of Parish represents RSG’s second hiring in less than a month. In late April, RSG tapped Rafel Thissen to serve as key account director. Like Parish, his professional background includes working with H&K International.
