Refrigerated Solutions Group, the parent company of Norlake and Master-Bilt, hired foodservice industry veteran Rafael Thissen to serve as key account director.

Thissen was most recently with H&K International as a senior account executive. His background also includes serving as director of client development at RATIONAL and global corporate chef at Duke Manufacturing.

In his new role Thissen will manage several of RSG’s legacy accounts and cultivate relationships with new accounts, per a company release.
