Multiline foodservice equipment manufacturer Middleby Corp. has made a few personnel updates. Mark Easterday will retire from his role as executive vice president of Middleby Brand Sales at the end of the year. Company veteran Christina Barker has been named vice president of marketing and digital sales for Middleby’s Commercial Foodservice Group and Mitch Cohen will expand his current role as group vice president to oversee Middleby brand sales.
In her expanded role, Barker will lead the team focused on building out Middleby’s digital strategy, including infrastructure, marketing, sales and much more. She joined the company in 2020 as director of Middleby brand sales.
Cohen will manage the Middleby U.S. and Canada consolidated rep network. He will also work with the Middleby dealer and national account teams. Cohen’s foodservice industry experience spans more than 18 years and includes experience with factories as well as dealers.
Easterday was promoted to executive vice president of Middleby brand sales in June of 2018. Prior to his promotion, Easterday was the vice president of sales for Middleby’s Blodgett and Pitco lines. He joined Middleby in 2013 as vice president of sales for Star Holdings. Prior to joining Star, Easterday served as director of sales for Vulcan.
