Rep Roundup for October 2023

Culinary Equipment Group adds to its line card, while PizzaMaster adds several companies to its rep network. Also, Chrane and Nordon add to their teams.

Culinary Equipment Group added Irinox to its line card and represents the blast-chiller and shock-freezer manufacturer in Northern and Central Illinois and Northwest Indiana. (MAFSI Region 17).

Texas-based rep firm Chrane Foodservice Solutions added two people to its team. Tim Braun now serves as outside sales manager and Chef Andy Schlag is now part of the firm’s culinary solutions team and will work from its Houston location. As a result of hiring Braun, Nick Hughes will step fully into his role as general manager for Chrane. Braun’s background includes working with such foodservice equipment companies as Star Manufacturing and LTI. Schlag’s career spans more than 20 years and includes roles as an operations director, sous chef and chef de cuisine for foodservice operations in the Houston market. In this new role, Schlag will assist with hosting events for Chrane, product demos, test recipes and more.

Pennsylvania-based Nordon Equipment added two people to its personnel roster. Senior sales executive Tony Cuffari comes to Nordon with 36 years of foodservice equipment sales experience both as an independent representative and distributor sales representative. Most recently he served as a Henny Penny distributor sales representative. Sales executive Jason Padmore comes to Nordon with more than 20 years of experience as an executive chef, with recent stints at Sysco and TriMark Adams-Burch. Additionally, Nordon now has the Broaster franchise and added Howard McCray, Lancer and Tecnoeka to its line card.

PizzaMaster USA, which is part of the MPM Food Equipment Group, added six companies to its network of independent manufacturers’ reps:
