RATIONAL USA promoted Billy Buck to vice president of culinary for the company’s U.S. operations.
In his new role Buck assumes full oversight of culinary strategy, budget, and operations at RATIONAL USA.
In 1999 Buck joined the commercial cooking equipment manufacturer as a RATIONAL certified chef. In 2001, Buck became a manufacturer’s rep before rejoining RATIONAL in 2005 as a regional sales manager. Buck was promoted to sales director in 2010 and moved to the culinary team three years later as a regional corporate chef. In 2015 RATIONAL promoted Buck to national corporate chef.
