Patrick Walker was hired to fill the role of vice president of technical service for Flexeserve, a manufacturer of hot food holding equipment.
Walker is a 35-year veteran of the foodservice industry, having served with such equipment manufacturers as Electrolux Professional.
In his new role, Walker will oversee third-party suppliers, maintenance and repair services, and training across Flexeserve’s technical service network.
The addition of Walker represents the latest in a series of new hires for the company. In January, for example, Flexeserve hired Adam Dyer to serve as director of culinary for its Americas operations.
