Manufacturers Carpigiani, Flexeserve and Vollrath each updated their teams.

Dennis Park, vice president of sales, is retiring from his position with Vollrath Co., after more than 35 years with the Wisconsin-based manufacturer and in the foodservice industry. Replacing Park as Vollrath’s vice president of sales is Chris Kelm.

Joe Takhar has joined Carpigiani North America as senior director of customer care for the Ali Group Company.

As the latest step in further developing its presence in the U.S. and beyond, Flexserve appointed chef Adam Dyer as director of culinary for its Americas business.
