Pecinka Ferri and Wallin Foodservice Resources add talent while Dave Swain Associates updates its line card.

Pecinka Ferri Associates hired foodservice industry veteran Allie De Barros to serve as an estimator for the independent manufacturers’ rep firm serving the greater New York Metro area. De Barros comes to Pecinka Ferri from Singer M. Tucker where she was part of the dealer’s contract and design and build teams.

Dave Swain Associates, a Westford, Mass.-based independent manufacturers’ rep firm now represents ITW Food Equipment Group companies Hobart, Traulsen, and Baxter in New England. This arrangement will keep in place the current factory territory sales managers, per a release.

Wallin Foodservice Resources, a Louisiana-based rep firm added Marshall Wolfe to its outside sales team. Wolfe, whose background includes rep and dealership experience, works from Brandon, Miss., and will focus on outside sales across Central Mississippi and Northern Louisiana.
