Middleby operating companies Jade Range and Beech Ovens, commonly referred to as Jade-Beech, made a series of updates to its leadership team, including hiring former Wood Stone executives Kurt Eickmeyer and Phil Eaton. Jade-Beech also promoted two longtime employees.

Eickmeyer now serves as senior vice president, strategic initiatives for Jade-Beech. Eickmeyer retired from Wood Stone Corp. in 2019, after having been with the company for 23 years. Since then, he has been active as a consultant, per a release.

Eaton now serves as vice president, sales and marketing for Jade-Beech. Most recently Eaton was vice president of sales for Wood Stone Corp. Prior to that, he was co-founder of the manufacturers’ representation firm Eaton Marketing based in Clearwater, Fla.

In addition, Jade-Beech promoted Cael Goodin to vice president of operations and Edgar Burgos to director of manufacturing. Goodin will oversee engineering, manufacturing, and other areas within the company. Goodin has been with Jade-Beech for over a decade and has steadily advanced in his career. He most recently served as director of operations. Burgos has been with Jade Range for nearly three decades and most recently served as production manager.
