In addition, he will lead TriMark USA’s category management organization (formerly known as supply chain), while continuing to serve as the company’s chief growth officer. Wienclaw will also lead engagement with TriMark’s “key” suppliers and buying groups, per a company release.

Over the course of his 18 years with TriMark, Wienclaw has held a variety of roles, including most recently serving as executive vice president of the north region. Other roles Wienclaw has held during his TriMark tenure include divisional CFO and general manager, divisional president and executive vice president of the now former midwest region.

This represents the latest in a series of leadership changes made at TriMark. In June, for example, TriMark named Mitchell Jacobson executive chairman of the dealer’s board of directors. At that time, TriMark also named Frank Lordi its chief financial officer. Then in July, TriMark made a series of updates to its sales organization.

TriMark reported $1.7 billion in revenues in 2021, making it the second largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer in the U.S., per FE&S 2022 Distribution Giants Study.
