PT Holdings LLC has acquired Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service, a San Antonio-based service agent. 

As part of the transaction, Brock Coleman, David Duckworth, and their team will continue to lead the business, which will operate under the Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service brand and will run as a separate and distinct company within PT Holdings, per a release announcing the deal.

The acquisition builds on Parts Town’s growth strategy, which has included such recent purchases as Encompass Supply Chain Solutions and Dayton Appliance Parts to expand the company’s reach into residential appliance parts distribution through its home appliance parts division. And in January, PT Holdings acquired European parts distributor REPA Group.
