Star Holdings Group tapped Adam Dyer to serve as group culinary and regional vice president of sales for the Midwest and Southwest regions.

Dyer’s foodservice industry background includes working with equipment manufacturers Metro and Henny Penny. He also has worked with broadline distributor SYSCO. Most recently, Dyer served as an independent culinary consultant for multiple commercial foodservice equipment companies, per a release.

In his new role, Dyer will provide the Star Holdings Group culinary support throughout all global markets from the Middleby Innovation Kitchen located in Dallas. And Dyer will also have future responsibility for developing and managing business opportunities throughout the Southwest and Midwest.
