Fink Joins Parts Town in Newly Created Role

Foodservice equipment industry veteran Kevin Fink has joined Parts Town in the newly created role of senior vice president, global manufacturer partnerships for the Illinois-based OEM parts distributor.

In this role Fink will focus on building “global partnerships with the industry’s leading manufacturers with an emphasis on improving the customer experience, growing genuine original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts sales, and supply chain simplification,” per a Parts Town release.

Following our acquisition of REPA group earlier this year, we have a massive opportunity to partner with manufacturers globally to grow OEM parts sales and improve the customer experience. Fink’s addition to our team will make a huge impact,” says Clint Holder, chief commercial officer for Parts Town.

Fink’s foodservice equipment industry background includes leadership roles with Standex Refrigeration, Ali Group, Enodis (now known as Welbilt) and Hobart.

Parts Town has been rather active over the past seven months. In November, for example, Parts Town recapitalized via an investment from Leonard Green & Partners. Earlier that month, Parts Town’s parent company continued to acquire service agents when PT Holdings purchased K&D Factory Service, which also owned Pine Tree Food Equipment. And just last month, Parts Town acquired Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, a national distributor of OEM repair parts for home items.
