Smart Care Equipment Solutions has acquired Almcoe Refrigeration Company, a Texas-based, family-owned service agency specializing in refrigeration for commercial, retail, and industrial cold storage operations.
Almcoe will become part of Smart Care’s Climate Solutions segment, which specializes in refrigeration systems. The Climate Solutions segment serves customers such as grocers, convenience stores and warehouse operators across the U.S.
This represents Smart Care’s 18th acquisition in the past 5 years, per a company release. This represents Smart Care’s first acquisition since Zone Climate Services acquired the company earlier this year.
