Gerard Strong was hired as a corporate chef for Alto-Shaam, a Wisconsin-based foodservice equipment manufacturer.
Strong’s culinary career spans more than 18 years. Most recently he served as general manager and executive chef at Belfre Kitchen in Delafield, Wis.
In his new role, Strong will serve as an application specialist for Alto-Shaam. His responsibilities include menu consultations and culinary demonstrations in support of Alto-Shaam’s global sales, product development and marketing departments.
