Bargreen Ellingson acquires Bintz Restaurant Supply Co., a Salt Lake City-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer that was founded in 1893.

Bintz Restaurant Supply Co. reported revenues of $15.75 million in 2020, making it the 73rd largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer in the country, per FE&S 2021 Distribution Giants study. Bargreen Ellingson reported annual revenues of $231 million in 2020, making it the 7th largest dealer in the country.

This is the second dealer-related transaction in recent weeks. In late September, Arizona Restaurant Supply bought Colorado-based United Restaurant Supply.
