Multiconcept operator Yum! Brands will promote David Graves to president of Pizza Hut U.S., effective January 1, 2022. He will replace Kevin Hochman, who is serving in this role on an interim basis.
Hochman will retain his role as president and chief concept officer of KFC U.S., a position he has held since 2017. Both companies are owned by Yum! Brands. Hochman had served as interim president of Pizza Hut since late 2019.
Graves joined Pizza Hut in 2020 and has held the roles of chief brand officer and general manager. He joined Yum! Brands in 2016, after spending much of his career with Procter & Gamble.
This is the second major personnel announcement for Pizza Hut in recent months. On September 20, 2021, Aaron Powell became president of Yum! Brands’ Pizza Hut Division.
