Following through on its efforts to build a national network of service technicians, Smart Care Equipment Solutions acquired three companies: TBS Southeast, Jaguar Coffee Company and Facility Maintenance Specialist.

TBS SoutheastBased in Liberty, Miss., TBS Southeast services commercial foodservice equipment and HVAC systems to convenience store customers in the Dallas-Ft. Worth market, further expanding SmartCare’s reach in Texas. This is SmartCare’s sixth acquisition.

Jaguar Coffee Company and FMS represent Smart Care’s seventh and eighth acquisitions, respectively, and are both based in Spring Hill, Fla. Jaguar does repair and maintenance work on super-automatic espresso machines, coffee brewers and grinders, and water filtration systems. FMS augments Smart Care’s existing hot-side commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance capabilities.
