Tom Schrack Jr. will retire from his position as president of TriMark Hockenbergs in June 2021. As part of this succession plan, Kirk Farmer will become general manager of TriMark Hockenbergs in March.
Shcrack’s career in the foodservice industry spans more than 35 years. He was with the family-owned foodservice equipment and supplies dealer when Hockenbergs was acquired by TriMark in 2017.
Farmer’s foodservice industry career spans more than 38 years and he’s been a member of the Hockenbergs team since 2004.
Schrack becomes the latest in a series of high-profile executives to retire from TriMark. Earlier this month, Kim Gill Rimsza retired from her executive vice president role. And at the end of 2020, Steve Fishman retired from his executive vice president role.
