Refrigerated Solutions Group made several updates to its management team.
RSG promoted Bob Stevens and Kim McGee to director of dealer sales and director of CX and sales support, respectively. In addition, RSG hired Craig Hammel to serve as director of strategic accounts and Pam Williams to serve as director of business development and project management.
Stevens and Hammel will assume their new roles immediately while McGee and Williams will take on their new responsibilities August 17, the same date Aaron Brown will assume the role of company president, as previously announced.
Stevens will help develop and execute commercial strategy while expanding new business opportunities. All regional sales managers within the organization will report to Stevens. Hammel’s responsibilities will include managing both foodservice and food retail chain accounts as well as securing new strategic opportunities.
McGee will have leadership responsibility for RSG’s inside sales team as well as the quotations/applications teams. Williams will have leadership responsibility for the Nor-Lake Scientific business, consultant services and all of project management.
This is the latest in a series of changes for RSG, which manufactures the Master-Bilt and Nor-Lake refrigeration lines. On July 31, Kevin Fink moved on from his role as the company’s CEO. And on August 1, Dan Hinkle assumed the expanded role of chief commercial officer.
