Bolt BoltonFoodservice Equipment & Supplies named Bolt "Jen" Bolton, senior account manager for Avanti Restaurant Solutions, in Folsom, Calif., its 2020 DSR of the Year.
Bolton began working in the foodservice industry with her stepmother at a family-owned Mexican restaurant at the age of 12. Her background includes working as a server and trainer in a fine-dining restaurant before spending 16 years with a smoothie chain. Bolton joined Avanti eight years ago. Bolton’s book of business now includes regional and national chains, including some multiunit operators with locations in Canada.
“Bolt’s product knowledge and commitment to her customers is indicative of her passion for the foodservice industry,” said Maureen Slocum, publisher of FE&S. “She’s a resource for her customers and colleagues alike and her energetic approach makes Bolt a wonderful ambassador for the foodservice industry.”
