SEFA appointed Rachael Weaver chief operating officer and Stephen Mills to the newly created officer of vice president of finance for the dealer-based foodservice equipment and supplies buying group.

Stephen MillsWeaver’s background includes serving as vice president of procurement for Clark Associates. The Pennsylvania-based company reported $1.37 billion in sales for 2018, making it the country’s second largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer per FE&S’ 2019 Distribution Giants Study. Most recently, Weaver has worked behind the scenes in preparing SEFA in the launch of several strategic initiatives, per a release from the organization. She will be responsible for all SEFA supplier relations and will oversee dealer services.
