Restaurant veterans Pascuzzi and Wooten become divisional chiefs for the multi-concept operator.
Ovation Brands, a steak-buffet restaurant company, promoted Pete Pascuzzi and George Wooten to serve as divisional chiefs for its Buffet and Ryan’s brands, respectively.
Pascuzzi has served as vice president of operations for Ryan’s restaurants in West Virginia, Kentucky, Missouri and Pennsylvania for nearly a year. He previously served as chief operating officer for Home Style Dining, the franchisor and operator of Bonanza and Ponderosa Family Steakhouses. Pascuzzi’s experience also includes working with Perkins, Marie Callender’s, Sonic, and Bakers Square.
Wooten joined Ovation Brands in October of last year as senior vice president of operations. He previously served as the senior vice president of operations and chief operating officer at Sbarro, senior vice president of casual dining at Ashlaya, and senior vice president of Safe Way Groceries.
