Trio of franchise veterans to lead the casual dining chain’s development efforts.
As part of a plan to grow its presence, casual dining concept Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar formed a franchise development team. The management team will launch Boston’s renewed franchise development program.
Boston’s franchise development team consists of: Al Davis, vice president of development and franchise sales and Ericka Garza and Ken Phipps, directors of franchise development.
Davis’ background includes leadership positions with KFC Corporation, Boston Market, Starbucks, Tractor Supply Company and Jack-in-the-Box. Garza’s background includes working with such companies as 7-Eleven, Nokia and The Dallas Morning News. She is director of franchise development for Mexico, South America, Central America and U.S. In his new role, Phipps will help identify, attract and qualify new potential franchisees in targeted DMAs.
Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar has 32 locations operating in 22 states and 7 locations in Mexico.
