Private equity firm adds 92 locations to its portfolio of franchised QSR concepts.
Los Angeles-based private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners has purchased the operating assets of Hot Dog on a Stick Enterprises, a restaurant chain with 92 locations in the U.S. and abroad.
Hot Dog on a Stick will be part of Levin Leichtman's Global Franchise Group, which is based in Atlanta. GFG's portfolio includes a variety of franchised brands in the quick-service restaurant industry such as Great American Cookies, Pretzelmaker, Marble Slab Creamery, and MaggieMoo's Ice Cream & Treatery.
